OR: odds ratio; P unjusted : unadjusted P-value from t-test; P adjusted : P value adjusted using logistic regression analysis with age, HD and hypertension as covariates. OMIBUS value was calculated by an ANOVA analysis for including or not including the haplotype information in a likelihood ration test of nested model. The OR in one block for each haplotype was calculated by using all the other haplotypes in the same block as the reference haplotype. Significant P values (P < 0.05) are in bold.
