Variations of DNA dosages on chromosome 22q from two patients suspected to carry 22q11DS by the array-CGH analysis. Scatter plots delineate the log2 ratios of differential signals between probes from experimental samples and reference normal DNA. Positive values indicate DNA dosages of experimental samples being greater than that of reference normal DNA, whereas negative values indicate reduced DNA dosages in experimental samples. The blue line is plotted as the moving average of a window containing the probes within 2 MB. Relative positions of BID, HIRA, and LZTR1 are indicated with black arrows.
