Pathway commons network visualizer (PCViz) was used to detect interaction between HSPG2 and ATP2B4 protein. No direct interaction between these two proteins were detected. However, HSPG2 indirectly controls expression of ATP2B4 via variety of transcription and regulatory factors including GATA1, MAZ and RFX1. Green lines between genes shows control of expression. Genes encoding miRNA are shown in red while transcription factors are shown in black text
