  1. MAF of rs6536991 and the number in table 3

    The MAF of UCP-1 SNP rs6536991 is reported as 0.383 in the paper and close to the value reported by dbSNP (http://0-www-ncbi-nlm-nih-gov.brum.beds.ac.uk/projects/SNP/snp_ref.cgi?rs=6536991).  According to dbSNP the minor allele is the C allele.  However this is not reflected by the numbers in table 3 where the T allele is shown to be the minor allele.  Have the authors got their alleles mixed up and does this effect figure 1 as well?
