Expression of E-selectin and L-selectin in retina and choroid. Antibodies directed. against E-selectin (A, C) and L-selectin (B, D) were found to react with microglia in some retinas (A, B, arrows) as well as the cores of drusen (arrowheads, C, D). Blue fluorescence is due to DAPI staining. Note the bright yellow autofluorescence of the RPE.
