The retarded mobility of the oligonucleotide was observed in the presence of nuclear extract, lane 2. The formation of DNA-protein complex was competitively inhibited by 25- and 50-fold amount of unlabeled -206A probe, lanes 3 and 4, but not by the same amount of unlabeled -206G probe.
